Design: alteration in the text
Words highlighted in blue are the keywords giving essential information about country each report covers (original version - before slash). By replacing them with terms referring to UFO conspiracy theories (after slash), entire message changes it's meaning and a new, ambiguous and confusing report is created.

Design: final proposal, grid & styles
Document properties:
document size: A4 210x297 mm
margins: bottom: 16 mm, top: 20mm, left and right: 12.7 mm
grid: 22 horizontal modules and two columns with a 5mm gutter and 2 mm span to the right and left; horizontal line is always placed in the middle of the module;
all lines are placed on baseline grid with 3 pt increment;
typeface: Info by Erik Spiekermann;
body text font size: 11.3 pt;
styles: 7 paragraph and 1 character style (bold)
labels: there are three kind of labels referring to three ways of classifying documents: black for secret, grey for confidential, white with black stroke for unclassified documents; they are placed in top righthand corner of the document to make it easier for the reader distinguish documents without scrolling back to first page;
colours: document are black and white to make it easier and more economical to print them;

Research: Fight with the shadows
An article published in polish newspaper summarising the impact of Wikileaks on global politics and questioning identity of organisations?/politics?/superpowers? behind Wikileaks.
"(...)According to some commentators and professionals (including journalists, "New York Times") the essence of Wikileaks are not noble, "insiders", stealing from government data networks and databases - and then secretly transferred to the Wiki leaks. The idea is the ability of hackers to take over the organization's data from the TOR network nodes and creating some kind of secret data bases, where he "hangs up" the traffic in the assumption of a secret and protected. One of the proofs may indicate the number of documents obtained, reaching the millions of pages, collected over the years - highly unlikely that the system did not detect any accesses to such a one-off amount of sensitive data.
The same is true with the secrecy of data - the clauses are not the highest, which is linked to information that has been qualified for transmission over the Internet. In other words, if Wikileaks is that, for what it claims to be, or whether it is for anyone administering public funds and capabilities far in excess of capacity, even the best organized leftist groups of the world's hackers? Such a force would have to meet several criteria: the struggle for hegemony with the U.S., or at least seek to curb it, to have inexhaustible resources and be able to discreetly pass them. Have an excellent understanding of the environment the best computer specialists and a global network system. And to understand that for some people of the West's own civilization is sometimes not acceptable... Chinese dissidents? But it may well be a global enthusiasts skillfully uses the knowledge of the rules of common and scattered - their ability to scale is derived from the number of people able to commit to the project.

Research: Krzysztof Wodiczko
Krzyszof Wodiczko is polish video artist, one of the critical art and critical design representant, who in his instalation refers to current sociological and economical issues including: war, conflict, trauma, memory, and communication. His work is often pointed on mistakes made by governments and social injustice therefore reception of his work from officials is very critical.
